What’s New This season

Mens Open Age Competition

The format remains the same as last season, and we’re excited to confirm the return of the Men’s Open Age Plate Trophy. Following great feedback, this additional knockout competition will once again run alongside the Men’s Open Age Championship, offering even more teams the chance to experience the thrill of knockout football.

Men’s Vets & Women’s Competitions

Both the Men’s Vets and Women’s formats have been refreshed for the 2025/26 season. Taking inspiration from the UEFA Champions League model, these competitions will now feature larger league tables—however, teams will not face every opponent in the group.

Each team will play four fixtures. Two home and two away. This new format aims to increase variety and competitiveness, while still keeping schedules manageable for all involved.

Key Dates:

  • Men’s Open Age fixtures must be completed by Sunday, 18th January 2026
  • Mens Vets fixtures must be completed by Sunday 22nd Februry 2026.
  • Women’s fixtures must be completed by Sunday, 22nd March 2026

All four finals will be held on Saturday, 6th June 2026, at the prestigious Sixways Stadium in Worcester.

We wish every team the very best of luck for the season ahead.
